Swami Keshvanand Institute of Pharmacy (SKIP) was founded in 2005 under the auspices of the Marudhar Education Society as a self-supported technical institute in Bikaner.  It is affiliated with RUHS, Jaipur, and approved by AICTE, PCI (Pharmacy Council of India). Mr. Madhukar Bagaria is the Director of the institute.

Swami Keshvanand Institute of Pharmacy, situated at NH11, Jaipur Road, Raiser, Bikaner, Rajasthan, occupies a field with lush surroundings and is 19 km away from Bikaner terminal, 20 km from Bikaner Bus Stand, and 17 km from the depository circle. 

The college has a well-equipped infrastructure, and ample lab equipment is available, as well as a shared library and sports area, and the college spaces and canteen meals are clean and sanitary.

The Swami Keshvanand Institute of Pharmacy (SKIP) was founded to be Bikaner's first self-funded pharmacy college. Bachelor of Pharmacy at Swami Keshvanand Institute of Pharmacy

Bachelor of Pharmacy is a course offered by the educational institution. It's a 4-year course. The undergraduate degree provides students with a thorough understanding of the area of pharmacy and qualifies them as experts in it. 

To be eligible, a candidate must have completed the 10+2 examination, with Chemistry and Physics as required subjects and a topic from Mathematics, Biology, or Biotechnology as an elective. Candidates must have received at least 45 percent in the aforementioned subjects, with reserved candidates receiving 40 percent.

To be considered for admission, the individual must pass the RCA - Pharmacy entrance exam. The exam is held every year in May and June by the prestigious Rajasthan University of Health Sciences in Jaipur. The RPET - Pharmacy test is also acceptable for admission to this program.

It's important to remember that the management quota reserves 15% of seats for direct admission. If the candidate meets the minimum qualifying requirements, they should contact the director with all of their documentation. Whether or whether admittance is granted is at the discretion of the management board.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) at Swami Keshvanand Institute of Pharmacy

The duration of Bachelor of Pharmacy [B.Pharm.] (Lateral Entry) is 3 years and candidates can apply who’ve completed 10+2 years of schooling and has to give the entrance exam. Following the course, the placement offers a well-paying job and good prospects.

The candidate must be eligible for lateral admission into the Bachelor of Pharmacy program. This program is open to students who have completed the Diploma in Pharmacy. The candidate must have received at least 50 percent in the general category and 45 percent in the reserved category. The diploma can only come from an AICTE or PCI-approved institution.

During the first year, lateral admission is limited to 10% of the sanctioned intake. The Central Admission Authority or the State Government establishes guidelines for lateral admission during the second year of Bachelor of Pharmacy.

The duration of the course is 2 years and candidates can apply who’ve completed 10th from a recognized board. SKIP also provides placement services to its students.
